We are looking for talented individuals who share our values to join our team as Supervisors. This position reports to the Profit Center Manager.
The Supervisor responsibilities are:
- Provide the highest level of service to all customers.
- Assist in supervising the team and coordinating the operations of the Department to achieve agreed sales and profit targets.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stocks of goods to agreed levels.
- Ensure the proper and prompt handling of all customer invoices.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist with Receiving and Delivering stock.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Assisting with the company’s stock-taking process.
- Assist with balancing Cashiers when necessary.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
- At least an Associate Degree in Business Management or related field
- A minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in a s supervisory role
- Excellent Supervisory & Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of Building Supplies will be an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
