Introduction
The Coreas rewards program is operated by Coreas Hazells Inc. By participating in our Rewards Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. The Program is only valid for customers at Coreas Hazells and Coreas Building Supplies Ltd. department stores. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before using the Card.

Registration Information
Coreas Rewards card is a program exclusive to Coreas Hazells Inc and its subsidiaries in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. All Coreas Rewards cards are the property of Coreas Hazells Inc. Benefits are exclusive to registered cardholders. When registering for a card you will be required to provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Date of Birth
• Current Address
• Gender
• Email Address
• Telephone number 
• Identification card number

You are to provide current, accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. You shall also update such information when needed to ensure that it remains current, accurate and complete at all times.

Limitation of Liability
Coreas Hazells Inc. shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged cards. We are also not responsible for incomplete and/or insufficient information on your card. Coreas Hazells Inc shall not be responsible for any loss of points or information in the event of failure of our database system or for any other reason. 

• Coreas Hazells Inc. may change the Coreas Rewards rules, stipulations, offers and or rewards without notice at any time. 
• Any information provided by you in the Registration Form or gathered by Coreas Rewards from your purchases in-store or on our website shall be subject to the terms of the Coreas Hazells and Coreas Building Supplies Ltd. privacy policy.
• In the event Coreas Rewards determines or has reason to believe that the information you provide is not current, inaccurate, or incomplete in any way or that you have provided false or misleading registration information, Coreas Hazells Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the Coreas Rewards loyalty program.

Eligibility & Enrollment
The Coreas Rewards program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. The Card is available to customers of Coreas Hazells stores or subsidiaries. See participating locations below:

Employees of Coreas Hazells Inc and its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program.

To enroll in the Coreas Rewards program, you must complete the application form available at participating Coreas Hazells & Coreas Building Supplies locations. Coreas Rewards reserves the right to reject incomplete or inaccurate applications. The Card is issued at the sole discretion of Coreas Rewards. Coreas Hazells Inc may refuse to issue a Card without providing any reason.

Card Usage
The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the named cardholder. The Card remains the property of Coreas Hazells Inc and must be returned upon request or termination of the program. The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to accumulate points. Points cannot be added retroactively for any past purchases. The Card is not a credit or payment card and cannot be used as a form of payment.

Earning Points
Each Coreas Rewards cardholder agrees to take advantage of added value savings within the allotted time frames for redemption published by Coreas Rewards. 

• Points are awarded on select items only for goods and services supplied and paid for. 
• One (1) point is earned for every dollar spent. To redeem: $1 for every 100 points.

Coreas Rewards has the right at its sole discretion to determine from time-to-time which products and services qualify for points and the number of points that will be credited for such purchases. Accrued points have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

No points will be earned for any purchase of the following:

• Vehicles
• Cement
• Gift cards
• Redemption of points, except if and to the extent the Cardholder has paid in part for such purchase, in addition to the redemption of points. 

Each Cardholder undertakes to use his/her Card only for his/her own purchases. Coreas Rewards reserves the right to adjust the points earning structure and eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

Redeeming Points
The outstanding balance of points as recorded in the Cardholder’s account maintained by Coreas Rewards shall be deemed correct. 

• On collection of sufficient points, the Cardholder may redeem points in the redemption periods published by Coreas Rewards, upon presentation of the Coreas Rewards Card and identification card to verify the identity of the Cardholder. 
• Upon the Cardholder making a redemption request in-store, the relevant points used toward redemption values will be deducted from the Cardholder’s account and canceled. 
• The balance of points in the Cardholder’s account will continue to be valid and may be used to redeem further rewards, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash refunds will be provided for any unused points. 
• Coreas Rewards reserves the right to change or discontinue the products and services available for point redemption without prior notice. 
• Points earned through the Coreas Rewards program expire at the end of every year. 
• The expiration date of points will be communicated to Cardholders through the Coreas Hazells website, promotional materials, or other means of communication. 
• Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed, and Coreas Rewards shall have no liability for expired points.

Termination and Modifications
Coreas Rewards reserves the right to terminate or modify the Coreas Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Coreas Rewards may terminate a Cardholder’s participation in the program if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or any fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
