Coreas Building Supplies, affiliate company of Coreas Hazells Inc. and a subsidiary of Goddards Enterprises is a leading retailer of building supplies. Our clients are located throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines and access services by six locations cross the Island. Coreas Building Supplies is also proud to have on staff a very knowledgeable team who is devoted to the needs of all our clients.

The successful applicant must be familiar with the industry and possess strong negotiation & communication skills. Candidate must be able to maximize the distribution, sales and gross profits of our building supplies product by executing all marketing, sales and promotional efforts on behalf of principals and product lines, whilst maintaining financial and administrative systems. We will 

Major Duties Include:

  • Visit all customers and prospective customers along prescribe route and sell the Company’s products and services.
  • Implementation of marketing strategies as outlined by Manager.
  • Advise the Manager about new market and product developments and competitive activities.
  • Recommend effective promotional activities suitable to meet market needs.
  • Establish effective communication & working relationships.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • At least an Associate Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field, strong knowledge of Construction Industry. At least two (2) years’ sales experience.

Skills and other attributed required:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills with sound integrity
  • Ability to negotiate and make sound decisions.
  • Experience in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Selling and negotiating skills
  • Good knowledge of the construction Industry.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet objectives.
