We invite you to join the dynamic Coreas Hazells Inc team as a PHARMACIST and make a difference in the lives of many. The successful applicants will be a qualified, registered pharmacists with a background in community pharmacy, exceptional product knowledge and a flexible working style.

Someone who can lead and inspire a team to consistently provide exceptional customer service and meet the company’s goals and objectives. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing medications in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Completing pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians’ workflow. 
  • Providing pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counselling patients on drug therapies. 
  • Providing effective and efficient drug procurement and storage.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. 
  • Assisting with the company’s stock taking process. 
  • Drive retail sales and patient retention. 
  • Provide direct supervision to pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support personnel ensuring compliance in all areas. 

Core qualification and experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or Associate Degree in Pharmacy. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Pharmacy practice. 
  • Must be able to obtain registration with the St. Vincent Pharmacy Council. 
  • A passion for service excellence and patient centered care. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of the Pharmacy Act and Regulations of St. Vincent will be an asset. 
  • Ability to Supervise and lead a team to achieve the organizational goals. 
  • Ability to analyse information and make sound judgments. 
  • A general understanding of the pharmaceutical retail sector. 
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
